Advisor is always clear in communications, very timely, good following up, goes above and beyond, plus a clean shop.and skilled staff! By far- Best Chevy service advisor, staff, and department around this area!
Sales was great. Shop not so great. Purchased new tires and they wrote the psi on the side with chalk and I had to scrub it off. I had them do an oil change. I decided to check it before going on a long trip and found that they put to much oil in the engine. And I found a dent on the hood. I'm guessing it is where someone just threw there tool on it. The truck is a 2025.
