Horrible place to work for. The staff doesn’t care about employees and clinical staff don’t help out at all or even know their own kids. They just sit in the office and drink Starbucks and talk about there weekends while the RBTs do everything. Also if u take to many days off (even if unpaid) they will fire you.
Simply the best!
Our boy has been coming here from 3-7 and we have seen a huge change. You can tell they really care.
Had the pleasure of working briefly for this company. I really appreciated their staff and policies, and it was a pleasant and rewarding place to work. They put the kids first, and were very committed to quility.
