Outstanding customer service! It was an absolute pleasure working with David Woods and the rest of the team. Everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive. The whole process was seamless. We left in a brand new vehicle in no time even though we were out of state buyers. Best Audi dealership in the entire US!
First of all, I wanted to say thank you so much to the whole Kendall family. My story started at BMW of Bend with Mattie who helped me lease a 2024 BMW X1. GREAT SERVICE. I had an issue with my seatbelt light coming on repeatedly. The sensor was replaced several times, but still the problem remained. Then my aftermarket warranty expired. To say I was frustrated would be an understatement. Mike reached out to me and got the issue resolved. All is well that ends well.
Just bought a new Q7 Audi from David Woods at Audi in Bend, Oregon. Great dealership and fabulous car. It’s going to be a great summer driving around the Pacific Northwest in this fabulous car.
