My experience with the service department at Audi Bend was extremely disappointing. I recently purchased a new 2025 S5 and started experiencing electrical issues right away. When I brought the car in for service, I was told the repairs would take about half a day. I dropped it off at 10 a.m., but didn’t receive a call until 6 p.m. letting me know the car wouldn’t be ready. Since I live out of town, I was forced to get a hotel for the night.
