First of all the sales dept is fine. The service dept is the worst I've ever seen. After 4 days of having my truck I called to find out whats going on. Talked to 3 different service people. They asked me "DO WE HAVE YOUR TRUCK". I had a loaner truck from them. WOW! Now they have pissed me off. They had not even looked at my truck that I had a appointment for.
