I was interested in a vehicle and was told it was undergoing inspection and that the salesperson would contact me when it was ready. I never received an update. When I followed up, I was told it was still being inspected. nearly two weeks for inspection !! . I eventually discovered on my own that the vehicle had already been sold and removed from the listing. Very disappointing communication and follow through. A simple update would have saved me time and allowed me to consider other vehicles.
Miles was amazing and it was a seamless experience and we will be back when the time comes again.

On August 5th I took my 2024 Kia Sportage in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I picked it up there were greasy fingerprints all over the inside of my vehicle, on the windows, jockey box etc. I have Never had this level of horrible service! My vehicle came in cleaner than when I picked it up! I reached out to the service lady that assisted me and made her aware of my disappointment. Jesus went above and beyond for me. I came in as an out-of-state buyer with a tight timeline, and he made the whole process seamless. He picked me up from my hotel and drove me to the dealership, which saved me money and time. Better yet, he came in on his day off (Sunday) to close the deal and make sure everything was handled right. That kind of service is rare.
