They were very friendly and very professional and helpful.
After arriving at 8:30 am on Monday 6/22/26, I was told it would be a few hours so they were going to get the shuttle to take me home. After I got the notification for the shuttle, a guy came and told me the shuttle would be an hour or so longer and asked if he could call me a Lyft. I said sure. There was another lady also waiting for Lyft, he got us confused about 4 different times, and couldn't figure it out.
