Spent a bunch of time with me and provided me with a ton of information to ensure I was getting the best vehicle for me
We appreciated the entire interaction from the moment we met the sales manager (Jason Bartlett) to working with the salesperson (Neomi Mendez). We especially appreciated the upfront pricing (no haggling), the straightforward trade in and purchase process. Neomi worked with us while we test drove several models, answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we ultimately purchased.
Will never buy a car here or have our car serviced here again. While finalizing details of our car purchase, the GM, Norm, was extremely condescending to my wife and rude overall. We never felt they were honest with us and strung us along in many ways. They told us the car would be completed in 2 days, we signed papers and it was over a week later we were finally able to pick up our car. Just kept telling us what we wanted to hear.
