Didn’t get my car clean
BEWARE: They dented and scratched my car the very first time I went. But literally the very first time they dented the side of my car and scratched up the rear hatch in two different places. I took photos and told them, but I'm still waiting to hear back if they'll even reimburse me for the damage. The salesman at the Honda dealership (which owns this car wash) I talked to was really friendly, but I was concerned that he said "We deal with this every day."
