Only reason I use this car wash is when I have free coupons from a service at Kendall. They’ve replaced the equipment within the last two years, but it still does a mediocre job like the old equipment. So many better car washes that I would go to if I was paying for it.

I am giving this place five stars because of my experience specifically with the worker that has the butterfly tattoo on their neck. They were so kind and patient with me when I struggled to put my car in neutral. We got our car a few months ago and I am still figuring everything out. I was horrified when I couldn’t get it in neutral and the employee helped me and was so kind the whole time.
