My mom was denied service after she tried to reschedule an appointment.. She said "I can't do that.. Go some where they speak Spanish," in the rudest way possible. The receptionist also said that she may need a root canal but that it was "very very very expensive" implying that we couldn't afford it. It was total discrimination. totally unprofessional the way they handled this.
