Had to do an unplanned A/C handler and compressor replacement. Fred Ferrer streamlined the process for me and got me the discount/rebate through FPL. I was very happy with the rapid, courteous, and professional service he coordinated. He followed up when the job was done to make sure everything was up and running properly and to make sure there were no concerns that needed to be addressed. Last week we began to get estimates for a new HVAC unit as ours was 15 years old. A dear friend recommended Kendale Air and we immediately called them. Within two hours a fantastic guy by the name of Fred showed up. He was highly knowledgeable about what we needed and didn’t try to oversell us. We also had two other estimates but Fred was the best…one company wanted $750 for a permit that Kendale charges $179. I had been hearing great things about Kendale for years. I was very happy with the speedy installation and the crew that came to do the work. I felt confident from my first phone call with Fred. My bills had doubled over the last few months. My old system was tired and inefficient. We replaced everything from top to bottom. It was done in less than 5 hours. Just had my usual pleasant experience with Kendale Air. Up and cooling within a 1/2 hr! Fred is always the best!!!
