Honesty is their work ethic! I asked them for a for a duct cleaning quote. They do not do provide a quote without checking the system in person AND at no cost. They informed my mother that cleaning ducts for such an old AC system could actually cause problems. They suggested that she should just wait it out and when the old system finally breaks down, then we can have work done. They didn't want us to spend money when it would be a waste of money.
