Do not use this company for floral arrangements. They sell through Amazon and the flowers quality is horrible. I sent an email and pictures of what I received for my birthday birthday and it's very sad. Why are you deceiving customers this way? I feel bad for people paying and the recipient ended up trashing the gifts in less than a day or two. I will notify to anyone no to use Amazon, Costco platform to send flowers. Just received flowers I ordered through Costco. Box says Kendall floral. Flowers arrived warm to the touch. Worst flowers I have received from Costco. Greenery is wilting, smallest carnations I have ever seen. A number of flowers were drooping when we opened the box.
Mother’s Day flower bouquet delivered with over 90% of the flowers wilted, dead or broken. It was liked the recycled and sent them out again. Could get no assistance from Kendall Foral. Thankfully I ordered them through Costco who graciously refunded the order since any replacement could not be sent at this time. I personally will not order flowers through Kendall based on this experience. After all, it is only Mother’s Day and who needs fresh flowers?
