AMAZING!!! They showed up on time, every time they came to the house! Very friendly, very professional, and the work is AMAZING! Our new stairs are beautiful! The pricing is more than fair! In fact, we were anticipating it would cost A LOT more than the estimate came in at. We are very, very happy with our new stairs!!! We had flooding in our basement and have had a number of companies doing different types of work to put it back together and Kencor Stairs has been one of our favorites to deal with! Highly recommend!!!

Tom and his other guys really know their stuff! He made a custom cabinet for a project I had in record time. The other review complaining about the call not being returned is out of line.
