Do not use this company. They are liars. They promise a time to come to my house, but they do not honor their promise. I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance to have a morning appt. and took off work to meet the technician. No one called me to advise the time on the morning of the scheduled service. When I called them, I was told that the technician was scheduled on a different job and would not make it to my place until late in the afternoon. Stay away from this trap! They will ridiculously overcharge you, come up with hidden fees (non-reimbursable) and when you realize it (such as charging to "diagnose" in person what you specifically described on the phone after researching it yourself) they will not reimburse you, but be "very very sorry you feel so upset".

Good sense of emergency, the customer service representatives are great to find a technician the same day, which is amazing. The work was done and everything works. The down side is the price! it was really over priced, the bill is unreadable and the charges are blurry with no explanations, I called them couple of time to have an answer on the charges, but no one ever called me back. So 15minutes at $300 left me a bitter taste.

this place is no good. they are knowledgable when it comes to high end appliances, but they charge exorbitant fees for their time. $500 to install a handle, by a rude service tech. They repaired my freezer also and now the ice maker stopped working. If the guy was nice or explained things, I would feel differently. $450 to install a $75 part in 15 minutes is out of line. Then $220 to fix a light bulb and install a handle that they later charged another $500 for... unreal. I will buy new appliances before spending another pen... read more
