We have a unique business model in that we are family owned, and we have managed all of our own properties for the past 45 years. I will rate this place- stars can’t say how horrible manager has gotten this was once a great place. It seams when you confront manager on things that need to be fixed like hazards and you ask multiple times he threatens to kick you out I was loving this place but when I spoke up on some issues I was told to move I hate how certain managers only care about money and not the health of there residents I do believe the maintenance work their butts off but unfortunately, I don’t think the manager cares about what they say. I rented a unit from Premier Club Apartments in Union City Ga. It has been a complete nightmare. After living with consistent issues w/o resolution ; I am being forced to vacate my unit by 06/30/2022. Never having been delinquent on any payments.
