I moved into one of their properties in April 2023. The only issue i had living there was my mailbox key (i never received one). However anytime i had an issue it was fixed without hesitation. Writing a public review because that’s all I can do right now. My complex is under new management. The property manager, Danielle Phelps, is extremely rude, disrespectful, and insulting when it comes to dealing with tenants. I’ve had an ongoing issue with my air since June. She’s made my issue worse and everything I’ve said has fallen on deaf ears. I’ve emphasized I have asthma and have developed allergies since moving to Atlanta from Chicago. I wouldn't give this company a star if you paid me. The residential manager at the Collier Flats Property is very very UNPROFESSIONAL. I had put in for a unit to unit transfer when Cushman & Wakefield had the property, but after my transfer was granted , they sold the property to Them. I have been accused of harassment because i needed to know the exact date , i also had complaints about the neighbors below me blasting their music and not keeping their dog on a leash and they tell me that several tenants have to report the s... read more
The Company Fail to maintain an apartment to State Standards, Broke my TV, Sprayed primer on my personal property. I vacated with notice in time according to Georgia law (I was falling ill and my vision was damaged from the poor conditions) and they attempted to claim a Balance on my credit. I assume they claimed a balance and then fraudulently sold it. I turned them in to the State Authorities.
