Worst experience with one of their apartment complexes(2100 Defoors). My issue was escalated to the corporate office and it’s been 6 months and I still have not heard back from them. No email or returned phone calls. I’ve left 4 voicemails and still nothing. This is disgusting.
Amazing company and customer service. Very kind staff and willing to listen and assist.
I moved into one of their properties in April 2023. The only issue i had living there was my mailbox key (i never received one). However anytime i had an issue it was fixed without hesitation. I have since moved out of the state and was hit with a “balance”. After months of trying to contact someone at the Kenco office and Forty15 office i finally got through and Ms. Danielle as always was a great help. Ms. Harriette in the office is great easy to communicate and understanding
Writing a public review because that’s all I can do right now. My complex is under new management. The property manager, Danielle Phelps, is extremely rude, disrespectful, and insulting when it comes to dealing with tenants. I’ve had an ongoing issue with my air since June. She’s made my issue worse and everything I’ve said has fallen on deaf ears. I’ve emphasized I have asthma and have developed allergies since moving to Atlanta from Chicago.
