The doctor was great! He was kind and caring, and listened to what I had to say. But the receptionist was extremely rude over the phone and in person! She is the reason I am never going back there! She’s extremely ignorant and disrespectful! She acts like a receptionist off of movies, she would rather talk on the phone to her friends then do her job. The doctor here is very competent and friendly. The receptionist is also one of the friendliest people I have ever encountered in a medical office. Wait times have also been quite reasonable each time I've gone.
I needed a physicians advice over a foot injury near Christmas. I called to find out if they took walk-ins and if I could come that day. They did and I was seen immediately ( no one else was there). A week later the doctor I had seen called me for a follow up, to ensure I was progressing. I've never had a walk-in give a follow up call. In fact I've never even had my family Doc. send a follow up call. I'm very impressed.
