Dr Omurtag and his staff were wonderful! I was a 42 year old single mother by choice. Dr Omurtag was optimistic but also realistic on my chances of conceiving given my age. Things were explained thoroughly and adjustments were made accordingly. Thanks to his help, I was blessed with a beautiful, healthy, baby boy 6 weeks ago.
I had scar removal related to Ashermans syndrome with Dr. Omurtag. I could not have had a better experience. I flew in from out of state, and had a sono hyst on Thursday. From that he determined the location and severity of the scaring; he classified it as mild to moderate ashermans in the upper right corner. My medicated hyst was Friday morning and he was happy with how it went, and therefore so am I. VERY impressed with Omurtag's office. My wife and I finally turned to a fertility specialist when the ol' "Turkey baster" method wasn't cutting it anymore. After 3 failed tries at home, my wife got pregnant via IUI with help from Omurtag's office on the FIRST try. Pre-IUI testing was extensive and thorough to ensure we wouldn't have to go through multiple unnecessary tries. Dr. Omurtag and his team have been so incredibly helpful throughout the entire IVF process. He communicates his recommendations clearly, his nurse Kathy is very responsive and kind, and they provide compassionate, quality care during a stressful and uncertain process.
