Total scammer. Waste of time. Won’t give update on ETA for cabinets. Wants to be paid up front. Never delivers. Rude and unprofessional.
Incredibly disrespectful and argumentative. We ordered cabinets from him worth almost $10,000 months ago which he then proceeded to procrastinate on, avoid, and then outright cancel. We then tried to ask him for a refund for all the money we spent on it to which he responded in an incredibly rude manner and charged us almost $8,000 in “fees” that weren’t grounded or discussed prior. After all that, he went on to tell us he “fired us” from the job. Would not recommend working with this individual.

I would not recommend to use this business for any of your projects. They take money but don’t hold responsibility. Ken took money from our company in April promising 7 weeks of production but after 12 weeks he even did not start our order. We lost with this unprofessional guy. Stay away from this guy. There are many other shops with responsibility just choose the right one
Unimpressed, I provided Ken with my cabinet door measurement's letting him know they were inside opening measurements, he said that he miss- read the note and cut the doors to fit the door openings making them to small. Wants me to pay him again and refuses to return my money. Seems to be very stressed out and overwhelmed.
