Finance Manager Bill was very vocal after the deal we working on didn't wrap up after the normal closing time. I feel he wanted me to hear his frustration and that was rude. Unfortunately, I was there without a ride home so I couldn't react the way I wanted. NEVERTHELESS Bill was no professional at all. Shout out the Evan he was great. Also to Gentleman that took me to the airport to rent a car after the deal didn't go as planned. They did tell.me they would bring the truck the day but I highly doubt it. Dan (salesman) was very nice and very helpful the other sales associates was giving him a hard time blaming him as you see a came along way for truck 10.5 hrs. of driving when I got there the truck was beautiful and just like Dan and I talked about . But it wasn't diesel as it said on the add on the internet the same add my wife ,daughter and friends all read and seen. and if you price that truck on KBB its right at 38000 for that truck in a diesel they did drop the price to 32000 aprox. that's when I called Dan and made the... read more
