I bought a car from them 6months ago, and I have replaced 3 head lights. And they did one the day after I bought the car cause it was burnt out when I got home. It is melting my bulbs. But it is not there problem, with the amount of money I spent I should be riding in a Cadillac .... But no..... To top it off last night when I get done with work(10) pm I had NO HEAD light on low beam had to drive 25miles high beams blinding everyone,and worrying about being pulled over...... Ken Vance Car City Honda has the worst service department in the Valley. I cannot recommend that anyone take their car there for any reason. They take forever to get anything done and you will most likely have to go back to get it fixed again anyway. They are rude, unapologetic and will give you the runaround about the smallest things. I honestly do not know how they have been in business all these years. Last car I will ever buy there.
I got a 2010 from Ken Vance and have been in the shop every 3 months with problems. Not once did they back what they sold to me. I have been treated poorly every time after buying my car. I would never recommend this place.
we just bought a car from KV, we have had the best service there we have ever had. We will continue to go back and we will spread the word how great they are to work with! It truly says something when most of their employess have been there over 20 plus yeas and the "baby" employee has only been there 10!

Dont get your car fixed here!!! Worst service department in Eau Claire. Time and time again the service department lets me down. I take my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and my car goes from driving fine to being all messed up. They bent my license plate off, scratched my \$600 rim, put a tire on backwards. The only reson I go there is my car is under warranty and there is no where else to go. ken vance motors experience Extremely high pressure and prices. The staff specializes in turn-over's (a high pressure sales technique.) Over-priced vehicles and less than knowledgeable sales staff. I would reccomend this dealership to anyone wishing to over-pay for a vehicle and get pressured into a high interest rate loan.
