Horrible service dept. Multiple trips to fix the same issue. Paid for extended warranty but get charged every time we are here. Ask about warranty and Service employee Jess, can never figure out if there is a warranty or what it actually is. Shady and unprofessional. DO NOT buy a vehicle here!

Buying a Car at Ken Vance Honda First time purchasing a new vehicle and salesperson Chris was very helpful in answering all my questions about the CRV, demonstrated all the advanced features and took the time to make sure I was comfortable operating all the systems before I left the dealership. Felt like you are appreciated a a customer and not just a number. When the time comes to upgrade I will have no question where to go.
