Sales was nice easy to work with. Manger was rude and disrespectful. Only gave $500 for trade and put it on the lot for 6k and wouldn't negotiate trade value or used car price. Don't recommend this dealership to anyone and will not do business with again.
Horrible communication. Took months to get car in and out of shop. Didnt even have it 3 wks and had to get fixed. Than 2 wks later had to be fixed again. Would not recommend, bought 3 cars and all 3 have been in the shop withing 5mnths of purchase.

This is a long overdue review. We ran into a situation when our son tried to fix a ding in our CRV. To make a long story short, Ken Vance took car of us. They managed to squeeze us in to their schedule and repaint a panel at a very reasonable price. We were so happy with the service. A special thanks to James who took great care of us! We have been very happy with Ken Vance from the sales department to the service department to the auto shop.
Huge shout out to Austin for helping us fing my daughter’s car! Quick, kind and helpful customer service. The communication was spot on through the process! Thank you Austin for doing such an outstanding job.
