Our family wanted to share an “Over The Top” customer service experience with the team at One Automotive Group Mazda in Hallie, WI. Great people and vehicles!
Very disappointed bought car, asked to make sure air conditioning worked was told it did. After it was delivered to me air was not working found to have a hose leaking to back seat system. They would not fix because of the “as is “ Even after I was told it worked. Never buying from untruthful company again what a waste of my time and energy!!
We recently purchased a 2015 Murano. I believe the dealership's auto inspection process is lacking. We noticed low tire tread and a corroded battery with inferior charging capacity. They replaced the tires and battery before we closed the sale. After purchase, while following me home my husband noticed the undercarriage plate was loose. Upon inspection of the undercarriage, zip ties were used to hold it in place instead of the OEM clips or fasteners.
