The service was quick and very professional.
For one I only had a flat tire nothing more so no need for my hood to be open yet for some reason my hood was popped and opened and I didn’t realize til I was BACK ON THE HIGHWAY going 65+ then I noticed my hood was shaking. Knowing that wasn’t normal I then was able to see to the highway from under my hood. Meaning they for some reason looked under my hood ? Great experience
Friendly staff, complete work competently, and do not try to pressure you to buy unnecessary car work. I highly recommend this location. My favorite Ken Towery location in the Louisville area. The manager on duty was friendly.Tire rotation was the service we needed.
