Find a different mechanic. My serpentine belt was on by a thread and I called to schedule an appointment at 2pm for 5pm. I was glad because their posted hours were open until 7pm. Great I could get my belt put on and return home to Lexington. They have contracted out their answering service to some foreign sounding call center.
