We had a great experience for the second time, getting tires there! But we did have a problem with the financing company you use! We were on the phone with her after we got the ok for a $2500. Credit line approval with 6 months pay and no interest would be charged and the tires were installed and everything and was finishing with the final step when it all shut down and jump over to $4000. Friendly, courteous and extremely helpful in solving a tire issue while traveling. Was able to order our unusual tire size on a Sunday and have it delivered before noon from Ohio on Monday to have us on our way by 1 pm. Walmart and others told us it would be Tuesday or Wednesday. Josh was the best!
Would not recommend. Asked for 265 size tires. They put the tires on and charged me for those but yet put 255s on the truck. Told me they could refund me the money but it would take 4-5 business days to receive. Despite multiple calls to check up on it I still haven’t received money and it’s been a month. Every time I call they tell me 4-5 more days. Now I have a flat and they are trying to charge me another $400 with less than 150 miles out on the new tires
