Took three hours to put a new sensor on one of my wheels. Went somewhere else and the new sensor Ken Towery said they put on wasn’t there so Ken Towery Shepherdsville lied to me.
The guys there were great! I had a 4:00 appointment and arrived early. My truck went in by 3:50 and was out in a timely fashion. They were very knowledgeable. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back there for all its services.

Shepherdsville store has gone down hill since they hired the 2 store managers they have now. These guys have really ran the place into a hole with their personality's and attitudes. They never seem happy and always disrespectful and disgusted acting when someone walks through the door..after almost 10yrs going to this location I have made the decision to never return.. Update Edit*** Under new management now...seemed to be a much better experience there this time
