I don’t go anywhere else other than Ken towery in Shepherdsville for my servicing and my mechanical needs. They are friendly and professional, and I recommend them to anyone who lives in the area. I always feel welcome and taken care of when I come here
I brought my SUV in for them to look at a flex plate because there was a noise coming from my bellhousing. They had my vehicle for 5 hours and came back to me and said serpentine belt was squeaking. My pulley tensioner was making a noise but they never even looked at the issue that I asked them to look at. They wanted me to bring the vehicle back the next day. Which I did not do because I did not ask them to look at all those other things. I just asked them see if they can figure out why my flex plate was making a noise.
To say you work on Sundays and then not actually be open is a crocodile move. People waste their time trying to come see you.
