Steve at shepherdville Ken Towery was great, honest and informative.
Shepherdsville store has gone down hill since they hired the 2 store managers they have now. These guys have really ran the place into a hole with their personality's and attitudes. They never seem happy and always disrespectful and disgusted acting when someone walks through the door..after almost 10yrs going to this location I have made the decision to never return.. Update Edit*** Under new management now...seemed to be a much better experience there this time
These guys went above and beyond for me. Got me back up and running in very timely manner. The manager is awesome as are his techs. My starter went out at work right after I parked and the next morning the guys at this store got me in immediately and started a 2 day process of getting the needed part for my aging car as fast as was humanly possible. I am grateful for them. I think they may have wings and halos...
I drove my car to these Tire Pl., the manager at the front desk Was cooperative and helpful in helping me fix my tire it has a nail stuck in it. I will in and out of the service facility quickly Provided me great service and help
