Only problem I had was it took 1:45 minutes to plug a tire ...I got there was the 2 nd person there the guy that plugged it...played on his phone on and off for45 minutes.... Finally got pulled out of the bay after 10 ...after asking why was he on his phone so much...the Bill was no charge....thank you...take there but take there phones away...
I went in for an oil change (with an appointment) I was there for over 2 hours was told they were out of my oil filter and had one coming from Auto Zone....nobody came to even tell me they were waiting on a part....went to the counter and was finally told. 30 minutes later, I went back up to counter checking on my status was told ordered wrong one from Auto Zone and the right one was on its way....when I finally got to check out.....the man was not really friendly, nor apologetic. I will never go back there again!!!!

This ken towery has really gone down hill. I much rather with the other tire shop just down the road. This used to be the best place to go for everything automotive. However, it has been getting worse and worse the past couple of years.

Just sharing our story..... A couple months ago my fiancee took his car (96 nissan) to Ken Towery for some standard brake work, pads, a caliper. They looked at it and convinced him that x y and z needed to also be fixed/replaced. Having two children and no money to invest in a new car, he caved and had $2500 worth of brake work done. This place is awful. I was told my car would be done at a certain time, come in just now and they haven't even touched it. But they only have one car currently in the shop being worked on? Plus the lady working the counter is rude as hell. I get your hormonal cause your pregnant, but chill out with your attitude fucker.
Okay I sat there for 3 1/2 hours to get A plug in my tire. there were two people in the waiting room with me and they finally came out and told this one lady that was there that she's been there all day she really needed to go home.
I have been so disappointed in the service at these Ken Towery Places, especially this on that I purchased Michelin Tiers from in '12. The wait time is too long-even after making appt. I am in each week due to my dash light showing something wrong with the tire. I have taken it to several Towery dealerships thinking that Chester at Dixie missed the problem.
