Came in for an oil change appointment to be refused service because "my car needed synthetic oil." Despite having used conventional oil the entire life of the car with no issues, I proceeded to research online standing at the counter and found multiple sources that stated conventional oil is OK to use in my car. The guy still refused, reiterating that he will only do the $46.99 synthetic oil change. Pushed really hard to upsell me under the guise of "your car can't take conventional oil." RecommendedI can't say enough good things about the people here! They always get my car together quickly. They don't mind to show me and explain to me what's going on with my car. The prices are awesome too. I never leave feeling like they took advantage of my lack of knowledge on car maintenance.

Been without my car for about a month now this location is taking care of an issue I paid over 500.00 for cause by the Jeffersontown location on May 14th and I still don’t have my car. Im constantly being told it should be soon. I will never use ken towery again. I’m really considering seeking legal assistance.

I took my car up there to get new tires, especially because my back right tire was very low. After forking out almost $400, I had to go back the next day because my back tire was not changed or fixed at all. When I took it back, they said there was a nail in it that was missed. I will never go back to any Ken Towery.

Great service. This location is especially attentive. I've been there for several oil changes and fortunately they've caught other issues that could have been a bigger problem down the road. I've also found Raul, the manager, to be friendly and on top of things. I'm also pretty frugal and I haven't found a better price on a synthetic oil change with tire rotation in the city. They've always got a special going on their website.

Checked online to see how late the stores stayed open, saw it was open until 7:00. Arrived at 6:15, was what waited on at 6:20. I told them I wanted a tire checked, that it had a slow leak. (I bought these tries from this store in March) I was told that "we really want to get out of here at 7:00. If you want I can put some air in it." Do not go to this store. Worst customer service ever.
