Each KT is different, but I had a very good experience tonight at the Brownsboro Rd location. I had a flat tire and got there right before closing . DANIEL Simmons assisted me and even found a coupon to use at check out. I was in and out in under 1 hour .
Brosnan and Ted at Ken Towery, helped out a nice lady with a set of tires. Thank you gentlemen for your kind act! Alisa is very grateful and now very safe with new tires on her car. Ken Towery (particularly Brownsboro Rd) has always provided me with excellent services at reasonable rates. You guys rock!

They saved me from running off the side of the road and almost killing myself! They got me in right then and there for half the price than what I thought it would be. Everything was explained to me in great detail so I understood what was going on. Great group of guys. Honestly won’t go anywhere else by how well taken care of I was.

I made an appointment for 3:00 yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation and I get an email stating they can't honor that appointment and I have been scheduled for noon today. Knowing they don't take appointments on Sunday's I called to verify and believe I talked to Ted the manager. He assured me it will be fine. Show up today and am told they don't take appointments and they would "try" to get my car done. Try??? I used to recommend this location. Never again.
