I took my car to Ken's while driving from Colorado to South Dakota for work. My car started experiencing unusual electrical issues and I of course was on an extremely limited budget (by limited, I mean gas money from point A to point B and that's about it!). Best service ever!! Great prices and always take good care of me and get me in in a pinch!
I was given a quote of around the 1000 dollar mark, which was very reasonable for what needed to be done. However when I called to say go ahead with the work, the price jumped up to almost 2500!! The woman at the front desk said it was because the first person they were getting a part from back out. Well that is a flat out lie. The part they said we needed can be bought at any local parts store. Then the woman tried to make it my fault, somehow.
