We came about 30 minutes before closing so the meat was kinda dry. Sides however were very good. Tea was mid.
Ken Tex BBQ in Shelbyville is definitely worth a stop if you’re looking for quality barbecue. The staff was friendly from the moment I walked in and made me feel welcome. One thing I really appreciated was watching them slice the brisket fresh right in front of me. You can tell they take pride in what they serve.
