Great group of people to work with - one of the best and most organized in the area. Always love the opportunity to work with Spears!
Expensive. After doing kitchen, family room, bath room remodels...not interested in doing a basement remodel. Bid was way over priced.
We were very pleased with the end result. We had some frustrating times (project manager quit in the middle of it, delaying the completion date by quite a bit), but Spears Design Build Group made everything right. We've used them several times in the past, and we know that it will be quality work done well. Yes, they may be more expensive than some other groups, but we believe their work merits that.
We recently had our kitchen remodeled by Ken Spears Construction, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Greg and Marianne were incredible to work with. They were attentive and really took the time to understand our vision. Aaron, the project manager, ensured quality work, kept everything on track and made sure we were in the loop every step of the way.
