Ken Small was all of the above & more. Not only did he develop a game plan & sell the home within 4 days at asking price, he treated us like family ( before & after the sale). Ken Small helped us buy our home and sell a commercial property we have had for 30 years. This property was difficult to sell because of it being situated in the annexed part of London. Ken worked tiredly to inform us and the potential buys. Anything that came his way he was hands on to help us and the buyers. Nothing was left unturned.
