Over my lifetime (79 years) I’ve been to many collision repair shops. Some are good, some not so good. Ken Shaw Collision is BEYOND good! They ( John Bennett, in particular ) very promptly, efficiently and professionally repaired my Lexus LS 500, in my opinion, better than new, and in record breaking time as well, considering they were at the mercy of missing parts. Don't even hesitate to have your bodywork done here. They’re the best!
I gave my car to them to fix it and it took for them 2 months to only replace a bumper. Also they made few paint issues on the car and they didn’t fix it. The rent car they gave to us, the fuel tank was empty, but when I returned it, they asked me to fill the tank fully. That is totally a scam and I’m not satisfied. Never give your car to this place to fix.
Avoid Ken Shaw Lexus Collision Center at all costs… After an accident in early 2025, I trusted them with repairs despite my insurance warning me not to, and it’s been a nightmare ever since. The car was returned with serious issues, and neither the dealership nor Lexus Canada has taken responsibility. I’ve been stuck in a loop with no resolution, and now I’m facing a huge financial loss just to move on. Save yourself the stress and just go somewhere else.
