Worst experience with car being towed doesn't except AAA and didn't even ask my daughter for it also was $450 to just go 1 mile and they weren't friendly at all. Had to give him her car to get the price down to $250 and that was still too high. Don't ever go here they are a rip off.

I am very happy with my service that i have gotten at Ken's. Honest service.
It saddens me to be writing this review, but I feel it's important after being treated so unfairly. I had my car towed to Ken's Service Center on October 11,2018 after checking with Joe, the mechanic to ensure he could handle the work. He gave me the green light to have it dropped off and worked on. I checked in occasionally to see what the status of the repairs were. 2 days before Thanksgiving I stopped by the shop to ask when they thought my car would be done.
