PROFESSIONAL, great advice, handled my stress & NICE. Ken sold my condo in Rohnert Park with "special" issues such as my HOA allowing 80% tenant occupied units so no more investor buyers allowed to rent out in complex. Difficult to find OWNER OCCUPY only buyers but he did it + saved me % on his commission. Great follow up today, support before & during sale + helped w/ my tenant move out.
