Purchased my vehicle in April. Love the GMC Sierra Elevation. Great team to get us going and out of there in a day. The only thing I wished we had time for was to go over all the functions and highlights of vehicle. Overall great service!

René Gendreau at Ken Sargent GMC was a wonderful salesman. He was very professional, patient, and provided amazing customer service throughout the whole experience. Even though we didn’t end up getting a vehicle from the dealership, René still treated us with kindness and respect the entire time. This review is solely based on my experience with the service department. Our experience with sales and finance has always been exceptional- kudos to Shannon, Nick, and Al. We have always ran GMC for personal and fleet. Our latest interaction with service was beyond unacceptable and had us wanting to follow many others lead- to use only Wheaton for any service (and sales) moving forward. Susie and James are amazing ! I was not an easy case as I had to do alot of ... Rebuilding ! Over the last two years both Susie and James were helpful , honest , up front and patient. I followed every piece of amazing advice Susie gave me and last week I got to buy my dream vehicle. James made the whole experience Joyful and hassle free!
