Sheldon was amazing and pleasant to work with. Answered all my questions quickly and was very knowledgeable on product. Highly recommend dealing with him. Jen was also great to work with in the finance office.
I went into Ken Sargent with my current truck with a few questions about the features my gmc has, and Kaylynn was very helpful, took my truck for a ride to gauge what I needed help with and was super friendly. i will be coming back when I look for my next vehicle.
The sales guy and finance department were good to deal with but the sales manager in the used department had a bad attitude and poor customer service skills. So i went to wheaton chev and the service was unreal. I recommend going to wheaton chev before you go to ken sargent gm
Amazing service from start to finish. We purchased from out of town. Darren was very helpful and accommodating, and checked in after the vehicle was home with us. Suzi is also the best! Combined, they made a tricky situation of being 6 hours away the easiest, smoothest transaction. I couldn’t recommend this dealership more!
