Booked a service appointment, upon arrival was told by management that they don't have a trained professional to work on my truck. I was then advised to go park my truck in the parking lot and wait on standby until the dealership could acquire more information. It's been over an hour and I'm just sitting here still waiting. Why isn't the dealership ensuring there is someone capable of working on my truck, prior to booking the service appointment? Better places for service than here… bought brand new and that was easy, but the service has me never returning or dealing with any Sargent dealership

Absolutely incredible experience with Ken Sargeant Chevrolet! Mel was amazing—friendly, professional, and made the entire process effortless. We sealed the deal on the first call! I flew in from Vancouver, Mel picked me up at the airport, and within 2 hours, I was driving home in my Dream Corvette!!:)) Highly recommend!
