Great customer service My family and I have been bring our cars into Kens auto repair in Port Orchard for 20+ years. These people are very professional and have great customer service. They even saved me 300 on my last repair. Ive had numerious times one body shop will tell me a much greater price than Kens. They have wavied my deductable numerous times. I'd recommend taking your car to Kens first for a free estimate before you anywhere else.

somebodysmok'in A friend told me to take my car to ken's because it was close by, somebody must of been smokin something because the paint had the wrong color flake on it? And this tall guy came out and said it was the same...huh... I know the difference between gold and silver.

GOOD JOB! I had many shops to choose from... Price was higher than other shops. Happy I choose Ken's. Good job.

3 prices Received a quote for around $800.00. Then a differnt guy at the same shop changed it to $1500.00. Final quote ended up $2500.00. No thanks

Satisfied single mom I had my Chrysler Minivan repaired at Ken's. I had never been in an accident before, & the office staff was friendly and knowledgable. They gudied me through process. Thank you Kens!

had my car for almost 3 months. they DROVE the car from my house to their shop for a head gasket job. told me they sent the heads to be refinished, wating for parts etc. almost 3 months later, after telling me the car is almost finished, they said i need a new engine. had it towed to another place and they told me the heads were never removed or refinished, they left the rings and pistons sitting in water and antifreeze because they never drained it. they left the intakes off and now the lower unit is corroded and frozen...

Sour Grapes dadof5??? Aren't you the guy that didn't have any money and wanted your work done for FREE? Ken's has been in business for thirty years and all my family have had their cars repaired by Ken's... My car goes to Ken's!

no way I guess you have to have an insurance job or a high priced job for them to actually do it. My car goes elswhere.
