Looking for a first class, quality minded contractor to build your new dream home or upgrade and remodel your existing, call Ken Rite Construction. Ken built our new home, completed July 2018. Workmanship from front to back and throughout the home is exceptional. During the first year warranty period any minor issues that arose Ken not only answered his phone but dealt with the issues promptly and professionally. We are extremely satisfied with Ken Rite Construction and highly recommend this company.

We had Ken Rite Construction oversee the remodel of our master bath and master bedroom last fall, beginning Oct 2018. 1) They estimated the project would be done by Christmas and it was. It was completed in the time frame that was projected. 2) During the entire process, Ken was an excellent communicator letting us know what was going to happen and when. 3) He was always sensitive to our concerns and desires. 4) There was no cost overrun. His organization went out of their way to remodel our bathroom without disturbing the rest of the house. He seal the room with a external temporary doorway. He followed all the necessary codes to remove a tub and relocate a shower, new wall locations, all new cabinets and sinks. New lights, fans and outlets. The tiling of the room was outstanding. The new window and exterior wall fit perfectly into the design of the rest of the house. This job was completed on time and within budget.

Ken-Rite Construction (Ken L.) finished our new home a few months back. I have been active in the the real estate community for many years and have used Ken for some commercial renovations. His work was always done timely with little or no problems. When building our home Ken communicated with me on an almost daily basis and visited the building site just as much. A tornado destroyed our home feb2016. Charlotte county officials warned us to be careful when signing with a contractor. After 3 mos of research we chose Ken Rite Construction. Most of his subcontractors(Ken does not do the work himself and he rarely oversees the subcontractors work as required under law) did a good job. However, when some work did not meet code, was done incorrectly and developed major problems within the one year warranty period, him and his useless insurance company told us they were not responsible.
