I met Ken a few years ago when he amazed my children by selling their condo in three days, well above the asking price. Review only for Thippakone (as I did not deal with anybody else). Was initially unsure about Thipp (Thippakone) because he was a rookie (<6 months experience), but Thipp came thru huge by being on the ball, patient, easy to work with, and also consulting his more senior realtor colleagues/ mentors) Thippakone's photographer came thru with great photos and digital staging. Very pleased as we were trying to unload a property that had been on the market for a while. Would definitely recommend Thipp!
Kelly and I really appreciated how Brandy was extremely professional, helpful and considerate of our needs during this very exciting experience.
