I had to take this firm to small claims court over a deposit Mr. Fisher refused to refund. This was besides the fact that I never signed a lease. He kept it like it was an application fee. Well, the court sided with me; however, Mr. Fisher still refuses to pay me what the court awarded. This will force me to file liens. True piece of work!
