Just leased a new Volvo XC90 from Ken Pollock and have nothing but amazing things to say. I worked with Eric Peters and Cory Hendry, they are both excellent. I test drove 8 different vehicles at various dealerships across 2 states before deciding on this one. This dealership doesn't "go the extra mile" nor communicate very well. After several rounds of negotiations and eventually speaking with a sales manager, we ended up purchasing our CPO 25.5 XC90 in Vapor Gray 4k cheaper out-the-door and 5k less miles at Smythe Volvo in Summit, NJ. Not only does Ken Polk have a lot of vehicles with unnecessary front license plates, but most vehicles are only "fair deals" with 16k plus miles. Edit: Nevermind! No one returns phone calls or has solutions for your problems. I had to spend hundreds of dollars two months after buying a Mercedes-Benz on new brakes and rotors, and I continue to have squeaky brakes and unanswered questions. I was lied to from the beginning about the tire and wheel condition.
