I had an extremely negative experience with another Ken Pollock dealership (Ken Pollock Nissan) where they used bait-and-switch tactics after running my credit and taking a deposit. Management avoided accountability, and loyalty didn’t matter even after I bought two brand-new cars from them in the past. This experience reflects very poorly on the Ken Pollock group as a whole, so I would urge caution before doing business here.
Just got home with our 2026 Volvo XC-90, which we purchased with the help of Trevor Reilly. Trevor was the BEST salesman to deal with. He did not pressure us for one second, and was there immediately with any questions we had. He truly made the difference with our final decision to purchase the vehicle. Thank you Trevor!! I purchased a vehicle from ken pollock February of 2024 since then I have had nothing but issues. I purchased a warranty for which the sale guy said everything was covered " nose to tail" I contacted them over a tpms sensor that keeps going off. They claimed to have fixed the issue yet the light continued to go off.then January of this year the muffler fell off.
