The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. They walked us through the whole process and explained everything step by step. Don't work with Chelsea at this place. My experience started off good and we had 15k cash to put down on the car I wanted. Then I explained that I travel for work and she really wasn't willing to flex to any schedule except her own. I explained the time restraints based on work and travel. She was indifferent. She set an appointment time of 5pm on a Monday. We ended up being available earlier that day. Chelsea refused to help us or get anyone else to help us unless we showed at 5pm on our set date.
