Jay made the car buying process seamless! So courteous, knowledgeable and friendly!
Don’t prefer this dealership. I work 9–6 and still managed to book an appointment at 5–5:30, even taking permission from my office and losing an hour’s pay. But when I called on the day I was supposed to buy the car, they told me I couldn’t proceed at that time. Very poor customer service and the worst attitude — they didn’t even offer me a chair to sit during the process.
