Ken is exceptionally rude and unprofessional in all of his communications. For someone who works in an industry that depends on customer satisfaction, you would think he might be more of a people person.
I've been at one of the rental properties managed by this agency for well over 3 years. The property is not well kept, they don’t make any improvements or even the repairs you ask for yet the price continues to go up. I called because there was a problem with the payment system and showed an unapplied credit. I spoke with a female representative of Mr. Pilkenton and agreed to pay the late fee but asked for the rental history to not show a late payment as a wavier for the misunderstanding because we want to purchase a home.
