RecommendedWe recently went thru the Lake Fire and our dog, Kona, was not handling the evacuations well. We called at the last minute and they took her right in. We weren’t sure how long she would be there and they were fine with it. Kona had been there many times and we just wanted her to feel “normal”. Thank you for always taking such good care of Kona, this time and all the others. You help make these pet parents not feel so guilty about not taking her with us.
We have 2 50pound dogs that are siblings, very hyper and attached to each other and this place handles them very well! they are allowed to share a kennel and get play time (which they desperately need everyday) and they always look happy when when we pick them up. No signs of mistreatment or anxiety from them. Even dropping them off they have no problem going with the employees(other then their normal hyper-ness) and when we pick them up the caretakers tell us right away if they had any problems, which is almost never.

Ken Neill Kennels is fantastic! My dog loves it, I’ve only had good interactions with the staff, and they are often able to accommodate last minute boarding. I board my dog here on average one weekend every month and also have her groomed here. Strongly recommend this place if you are looking for a quality kennel.
The worst place to leave a spoiled dog. It sounds like a shelter and they get treated like shelter dogs. My chihuahua had gotten hurt while in their care. She had a cut on her head. when I picked her up her face was swollen. I was told to just put neosporin on her cut. I took her straight to the vet. she was running a fever, needed antibiotics, wound cleaned and was given IV fluids.I did not hear from them until two weeks after I complained on their website. We are so glad to live close and have such a good place for our Lexi to stay. She looks happy 😊
Have been using them for years for boarding and grooming. We have 3 large dogs and they love going there.
