I wanted to love this place because they were so helpful getting me in and out in the time I needed. The pedicure was good but my nails were filed crooked so that was a bummer. My nails however.. look horrible. I asked for tapered they came out square and rounded? I repeated myself several times until I gave up. There is polish all over my cuticles and they are thick and ugly. I won’t be returning even though the prices are really great I’d rather spend more and get what I want.

update: still my fav nail salon! they are always so accommodating & friendly & never rush pedicures! my go to spot for pedicures! lana is the best and they have great customer service all the time!
