I’ve been working with Ken for about a year, and I'm so lucky he was recommended to me. I’ve never loved working out and knew that I wouldn’t be motivated to have a regular routine if I just joined a gym. Ken was amazing! I’m currently an athlete in college, and he was super helpful for getting me back in shape after shoulder surgery. He was fantastic at knowing my limits and pushing me past them when needed. He has so much knowledge that he shared with me so that I really understood why I was doing what I was doing.
I’ve been working with Ken for the past few months, and it’s been a fantastic experience. I initially came to Ken after trying various treatments like chiropractic biophysics to reduce my low back pain and improve my sleep. I can't say enough about Ken. Getting back into the gym after a long break is always tough, but he understood exactly where I was coming from. He was able to meet me at my level and scale things up as I was ready. The workouts are always fresh and I really appreciated that he took my specific goals( improving movement for tennis and skiing) into account from day one. He also sends me write-ups of our sessions, which are helpful for planning my own workouts and cool downs after tennis. Huge progress in a short amount of time.
I had never worked with a personal trainer before so was very uncertain about how it would work out. I have been so comfortable working with Ken over the past 8 months. He pushes you to try new things but always gives the needed support to be successful and keep working harder!
