Good luck sleeping with a dozen revving, screeching cars from the residents working on them constantly in the road. They will let you know when they come and go. They make the place totally classless.
I now the owners they are nice clean the cleaning lady is very nice and kind I grew up there and the cleaning could be better but is very good

This complex has abundance of mice roaches and bed bugs The will evict with a any reason if reports to the city please begging you not rent from her
The building is old, could be cleaner but the cleaning lady cleans daily from what I can tell. She does the best she can considering some tenants are very inconsiderate and nasty. Even though it’s an apartment building of I believe over 60 units I have never had any issues with pests (roaches) or rodents. Maintenance is always working on stuff, constant water shut offs but they give notice and it’s always during the day while I am at work so I am not affected by them.
