Ken Melton did an amazing job answering my questions. Very professional, and knowledgeable in describing areas of concern and areas that could be handled at a later time. Over-all through out my process of closing on a home, ken's inspection was by far the easiest.
Ken was great! He was very accommodating for the time of the inspection and then was very thorough during the inspection. It’s too bad that we don’t need more done by Ken or we would schedule again as soon as possible. We WILL be recommending him to everyone we know in the area.
