I had very serious issue concerning my policy on a Sunday. Customer care was unable to assist me and explained I would be contacted by the agent location on the next business day. I emailed the agent Ken McElhaney and he responded in minutes stating he was in his way to the office to help resolve my issue. We experienced a hurricane in the area this week and there are many homes that still don’t have power.
