Awful front desk staff.
My wife was feeling ill and its the day before Good Friday. No problem they got her in. Appreciated. As usual, the office goes the extra mile, day in and day out. Thank you again and again.
I scheduled my first new patient appointment with Dr. McDowell, last year, in 2024. I was very impressed with the attention he gave to me, and his bedside manner. The professionalism was superb. The majority of primary care physicians in the region have retired or were not exactly in my opinion very respectful or professional. This has made it difficult to find someone that you feel comfortable with.I would highly recommend Dr.Kenneth McDowell, to anyone in this community.
Dr. Kenneth McDowell accepted me as a new patient today. I was extremely impressed with the whole process and experience. First off, the office staff at the front receptionist desk were very friendly and informative. Secondly, I was taken back at the exact time of my 2:30 pm appointment, and the office was full. Thirdly, the nurse that weighed me and took my vitals was also very friendly and knowledgeable, and got me all signed in and filled out all the pertinent information the Doctor would need.
