If I could give a negative five star to Ken May Plumbing I would give. I have the same experience as another reviewer. Who said Michelle is rude and money hungry. Unfortunately I didn’t do my research and didn’t check the reviews before it was too late. I paid a quarter of what l paid Ken May to clear the line that they did not properly clean. They sent Dario out to clear our kitchen drain. He called shortly before he arrived. Accessd the problem and went right to work clearing the clog. He gave us tips on how to prevent this going forward. Cleaned up everything and was on his way. Great price for honest service
Cannot say enough about the professionalism and skill of this company. Long story short, I live in an old house with old pipes and had a clog in the bathroom tub. Frankie came out, was super professional, answered my questions and got to the bottom of the issue, i barely knew he was there. It was not a simple job and Frankie made it seem like it was nothing. Called for emergency service and got hung up on, then when called back 7 times was transferred to hold each time....assuming near end of day
