Nice building. Mila manager was amazing and friendly. One and 2 bedroom units with patio and pool, walking distance to schools like Hart high school. Affordable rent for the area. Perspective tenants need 650 or higher credit score or dont bother paying application fee to apply. Designated Parking space inside gate but extra parking on street is troublesome later in the day/evening. Laundry facilities onsite.
